I used to use Notion to manage my notes and documents, but I found it a bit laggy and not local AI-friendly (requires MCP).

So I recently switched to Obsidian. I chose it mainly because:

• I don't really need to sync my notes across multiple devices
• I want AI to help me write and organize my notes
• I can manage my blog from the same workspace as well

So far, it feels like a much better fit for how I work.
